Commercial Separation & Legal Integrity Policy

Non-Profit Boundary: Munshi Khan Foundation is an independent Section 8 non-profit organisation. Commercial businesses (including recruitment enterprises such as Mahad Group or Mahad Manpower) are completely separate corporate entities.

No commercial overseas recruitment, placement numbers, employer contracts, or corporate recruitment services are conducted by the Foundation, nor will the Foundation website ever be used as a customer acquisition channel for private ventures.

Foundation livelihood initiatives focus strictly on non-commercial community skill-building, youth career guidance, and self-reliance workshops. Specific programmes will be published here upon independent Foundation verification.
