Welcome to the Munshi Khan Foundation. As the founder and CEO, I share our journey and mission with you with immense gratitude and humility. My name is Munshi Khan, and my roots trace back to India, where my passion for making a meaningful impact began. This passion was further nurtured through my professional journey, which started in 1998 in the recruitment sector and led to the Mahad Group’s establishment in 2009 in Doha, Qatar.

The Munshi Khan Foundation extends our commitment to societal welfare and reflects our desire to contribute positively to needy communities. Stemming from the success and learnings of Mahad Manpower, a subsidiary of Mahad Group known for connecting skilled professionals with global employment opportunities, the foundation aims to harness the same ethos of trust, respect, and professionalism towards philanthropic endeavours.

Our foundation addresses critical social issues and supports education, healthcare, and sustainable development initiatives across various countries, including India, Qatar, the UAE, Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, the Philippines, and Nepal. We believe in creating opportunities for employment and a better quality of life for the underprivileged and marginalized sections of society.
